Terms and conditions
1.1 These General Conditions, updated in July 2019, are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions that will govern the provision of the Online Store Service of Cachaciá (Tropical Abundancia, Lda), with headquarters at Rua Pedro Nunes nº19, 2º dto. 1050-169, Lisbon, under the unique number of registration and identification of legal entity nº 515 438 871, with a share capital of 5,000 € (euros), henceforth called Cachaciá.
1.2 The purchase of any product in the Cachaciá Online Store implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Online Sale.
1.3 Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Cachaciá Online Store can only be purchased by people of legal age, in their country of residence.
2. Information on Products, Prices and Contents
2.1 Cachaciá reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
2.2 The images that illustrate each product in Cachaciá may differ from the product subsequently delivered, and these same products are also subject to rupture of stock.
2.3 Under Portuguese law, all prices shown at Cachaciá include the respective VAT rates in force, unless otherwise indicated. Only and only for professionals of the resale the values presented in Cachaciá do not include the VAT, being expressly written the information "Without VAT" always visible and close to the price.
3. Order and Payment
3.1 After the confirmation of the order in Cachaciá, will be sent an email to the contact address registered in it by the customer when formalizing, with all details about delivery, billing, payment information, products and values. Cachaciá suggests to all customers to confirm the details of the same. If the customer does not receive the email order confirmation is requested to contact Cachaciá through the contacts page so that this notification is again sent to the email address of the customer.
3.2 If any of the details placed by the customer in the order are wrong and / or the customer wants to change some information, as long as the order has not yet been shipped, is requested that the customer contact the following contacts as soon as possible so that internally is made the change requested by the customer. The changes in details of orders already shipped will have to be analyzed by the team of Cachaciá so that, along with the customer finds the most appropriate solution.
3.3 All orders at Cachaciá will only be processed after the effective receipt of payment. The formalization of the order itself does not constitute a reservation of the products.
3.4 If an order cannot be satisfied in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by Cachaciá in order to find the most appropriate solution.
3.5 All orders placed at Cachaciá have a maximum payment period of 15 days. At the end of this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3.6 Orders may be cancelled when expressly requested by the customer through one of the following contacts, before shipping orders. After the confirmation of the expedition of the order, the customer is asked to contact Cachaciá so that, together with the same is found the most appropriate solution.
3.7 Through the Cachaciá Online Store, payments are accepted by means of Multibanco Reference, MBWAY (both for customers with a bank account in Portugal), Bank Transfer and Paypal.
3.8 The status of orders at Cachaciá is understood in 3 stages: Pending, In Processing and Finished.
a) Pending - Waiting for the entry of the payment in the Cachaciá system;
b) In Processing - Phase in which the payment has already been received, and the order is in processing and in packaging / preparation;
c) Waiting - Waiting for additional confirmations with the client to proceed with the order. Exceptional phase.
d) Finished - The order has already been dispatched/shipped.
3.9 Payments are received in euros regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made, the conversion rates for payments made in other currencies must be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping costs
4.1 In addition to the prices shown on the products, the respective shipping costs shall be added to each order, which shall be calculated on the basis of the sum of two factors: the cost of packaging and the cost of transport. The packaging cost per bottle is 2 € (euros). The cost of transport depends on the weight of the order and the respective delivery destination.
